I'm much obliged to all of you who called in during TerraSonic today to lend your support to TerraSonic during KGNU's fall membership drive. It was nice to hear from all the longtime listeners who made the leap along with me from Radio 1190 to KGNU.
Despite the rocky start, tech-wise, it's heartening to know that you're still out there listening. The AM webstream I believe would have been on line today if it hadn't been for KGNU's server moving or something. Thus, no webstream for anyone from KGNU. Next week though, insha'allah.
Program note: there will be no TerraSonic next week as KGNU is extending its flagship bluegrass show an extra hour on the last day of the pledge drive. I will return the following week--14 October--and then am off for two weeks, scouring Andalucia for more music for all of us to enjoy. You will be in very able hands while I'm away though. More on that later.
